Who you're buying from
New Haul is run by DTMARKET LIMITED. Our address and how to reach us are on the contact page.
What we sell
We buy mixed containers of new goods and sell them item by item. Stock is genuinely limited: when something's gone, it's usually gone for good. We show real photos, weights and sizes so you know what you're getting.
Prices
- All prices are in pounds sterling.
- We aren't VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged and none is included in our prices.
- You pay the price shown when you place your order. If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll tell you before sending anything, and you can choose to go ahead at the right price or cancel for a full refund.
Your order
Our contract with you starts when your payment is confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you've paid — for example if the last one sold at the same moment — we'll tell you and refund you in full for it.
Delivery
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- Delivery costs £3.99 per order, and is free on orders of £30 or more.
- If we can't deliver within 30 days of your order, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.
- The items are your responsibility once they've been delivered to you.
Changing your mind, and faulty items
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, and you're protected if anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. The returns page explains both, including who pays for return postage.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses, since we only sell to consumers. Nothing here limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The legal bits
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and you keep the protections of your local law.
- We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
- If something goes wrong, please talk to us first — we'd much rather fix it.
